Safety: Our products are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children unless specified otherwise. We will not be held liable for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions (e.g., giving products to infants or small children when the product is not intended for such use). Customers assume all responsibility for the proper use and handling of our products.

Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and has not been used or damaged.
Refunds: Refunds are issued upon inspection of the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Custom Products: Due to the nature of custom 3D-printed products, all sales on custom items are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective.
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return and Refund Policy

At 3D Print Forge LLC, we strive to create high-quality, custom 3D-printed products. Due to the nature of our items, we encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order. While we accept returns under certain conditions, we appreciate your understanding in our efforts to minimize returns.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and has not been used or damaged. Please note that due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns are generally discouraged.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Please email us at info@3dprintforge.co within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Condition of Item: The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
